Requisition Summary The Product Development Manager for Connected Vehicle Services will develop and manage the PACCAR Parts connected strategy in conjunction with PACCAR's Global Connected Services team.The ideal candidate will revolutionize the vehicle ownership experience by leveraging data intelligence, customer insights, and emerging technology to deliver best-in-class service to connected customers. We are seeking a determined professional with commercial awareness that is able to enhance the customer experience and find new markets where our data and platforms add value. This position may require up to 30% travel. Job Functions / Responsibilities * Connected Vehicle Services portfolio development and management * Serve as a subject matter expert for the connected services product area * Drive customer value and identify monetization opportunities * Develop go-to-market strategy, value proposition, including launch and loyalty tactics. * Work with global cross-functional teams * Setup and management of Connected Vehicle Services processes * Algins Connected Services strategy, pricing, processes, and systems with PACCAR Divisions * Ensures Third-party supplier products and services are onboarded and manages vendor relationships * Establish key performance indicators, growth targets, and timelines to deliver meaningful value. Develop and manage program budgets and schedules * Write business plans, socialize impact, and gain approval for big ideas that drive business forward.
