Providence Patient Services Specialist *Remote* in Renton, Washington

Providence is calling a Patient Services Specialist who will:
Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to the complex network of facilities, institutes, and clinics
Foster and nurture relationships with existing patients and those seeking treatment
Provide support related to Care Access including but not limited to:
Providing support to patients in a high volume omni channel environment via phone, email and chat
Find a physician navigation within a health network
Scheduling appointments and classes
Providing tier 1 technical support with patient health applications
Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the health system
Provide high-touch, personalized assistance to patients across Providence St. Joseph Health regions and provider networks

This posting is for multiple openings of a Patient Services Specialist
Work Schedule:
You will be required to work a five-day week, with your shifts scheduled anytime from Sunday to Saturday, as assigned
Department Operation Hours: 7:00am - 8:05pm
Work Shift:
Day
Introductory Period Shift Requirements:
Work Shift: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Length of Introductory Period: 90 days
At the end of the introductory period you will be assigned a permanent shift within the department operation hours that is defined by Supervisor and departmental needs

Required qualifications for this position include:
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
2+ years of experience interacting and engaging customers over the phone
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
2+ years of technical support experience

Healthcare: Administrative Office
Healthcare: Patient Care Services
