Join our team as a Production Systems Technician, where you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to engineers during the design of manufacturing processes for production. As an Individual Contributor, you will work directly with Manufacturing Engineers, contributing to the success of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and promoting Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.

Location: Renton, WA

Starting pay: $20 - $23

Responsibilities:

• Support engineers in designing manufacturing processes.

• Set up efficient assembly lines with guidance.

• Assist in quality activities for NPI projects.

• Promote Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.

• Conduct tests, document procedures, and troubleshoot equipment.

• Provide training to production staff.

• Collaborate on APQP and PPAP plans.

• Execute to Lean Six Sigma principles.

• Design fixtures and perform maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Project Leadership experience.

• SolidWorks modeling skills.

• Specialized knowledge of electro and hydro-mechanical systems.

• Strong technical writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

• Willingness to work off-shifts and extended hours.
