Providence Health Plan is calling a Manager, Healthcare Experience and Health Equity who will: Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement Healthcare Experience and Health Equity Strategies across the Providence Health Plan membership Serve as a leader who ensures company programs and strategies are inclusive of Healthcare Experience and Health Equity principals that drive better outcomes and service for all PHP members Lead and facilitate the development, planning, management, and coordination of various Healthcare Experience and Health Equity initiatives Be responsible for maintaining strategic business relationships Serve as the main point of contact for business partners, consultants and vendor relationships used to execute on the vision of Healthcare Experience and Health Equity for all Be responsible for driving data Be responsible for establishing outcome metrics tied to program deliverables that reflect the performance of new innovative strategies to improve health outcomes for all members Represent the Health Plan in various settings, presenting the commitment, programs and improvements the Health Plan has set forth in relation to Healthcare Experience and Health Equity Oversee the strategy and execution of CAHPS and HOS initiatives, partnering closely with provider partners Demonstrate the Mission and Core Values of Providence Health Plan in all facets their work Providence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work for applicants who reside in one of the following States: Washington Oregon California Please note the following important detail regarding this role: This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Portland, Oregon Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social or Health Sciences or another closely related field of study 8+ years of experience within a leadership role within managed care, healthcare or another similar field 5+ years of experience in health equity, diversity and inclusion demonstrating health equity principles 3+ years of experience in project management, program management and business analysis Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or another related field of study Coursework / Training: Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Change Acceleration Process (CAP) 2+ years of experience in change management, trained or well versed in lean principles and methodologies 5+ years of experience working for a Health Plan Why Join Providence Health Plan?
