Providence St. Joseph Health Manager Finance *Remote* in Renton, Washington

Providence Health Plan is calling a Manager Finance who will: Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling Evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting Partner closely with budget owners to review financial performance Manage the annual budget (operating and capital) process and all financial forecasting for Providence Health Plan Develop analytical reports Assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies Develop financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required Manage appropriate finance staff We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States: Washington Oregon California Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of accounting or financial planning experience 5+ years of management experience Experience managing others through promoting teamwork, group decision making, delegation, training, and coaching Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree in Business Administration -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience Healthcare or Health insurance experience Preferred upon hire: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Why Join Providence?
