Description Learning & Development (L&D) Principal Consultant Remote - Most states eligible The Learning & Development (L&D) Principal Consultant provides expert level consultation to senior leaders and operational delivery staff. The Principal Consultant acts as both a solutions Architect taking caregiver/client inputs to drive solutions that support L&D's and the Providence People Strategy's overall vision and goals as well as support Providence St Joseph Health's strategic goals. Working to directly support the focus of the L&D leader team to build solutions that will solve organizational issues that align with the COE capability and strategy to meet and exceed expectations or needs. This individual will drive strategic solutions working with the L&D team and ops to ensure successful development and implementation, operating as a thought leader and partner as well as a subject matter expert. Required Qualifications: 8 years Practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of talent management and learning & development methodologies. 5 years Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of talent development methods, and in the design, implementation, and execution of development solutions across a variety of functions. 5 years Experience with all aspects of talent including Performance Management, Strategic Workforce development, Talent scorecard/succession, Accelerated Development and Learning. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration.
