Job id : 466271401A1 Job Functions / Responsibilities Work with suppliers to understand forecast reports, past due reports and Supplier Information System. Lead and/or support the implementation of productivity and process improvements for Materials including Kaizen and Six Sigma projects. Prioritize responsibilities to complete tasks in a timely manner and produce quality work. Analyze inventory requirements that result in purchase orders, transfers & cancellation decisions that are in line with departmental goals. Identify suppliers with poor performance and lead corrective action calls to ensure compliance to Supplier Guidelines. Participate in and occasionally lead projects. Analyze data to identify issues and root cause in supply chain. Work with suppliers to expedite parts to limit stock-outs at distribution centers. System maintenance to ensure part setup remains current. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Operations, Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred Inventory control, supply chain or product distribution experience Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people and functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast paced environment. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Strong math skills and organized work habits. Proven problem solving and analytical skills. Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision in both team and individual environment. Excellent negotiation skills, including conflict management. Six Sigma/Lean knowledge a plus.
