Requisition Summary The International Export Manager supports export sales from North & South America, developing and facilitating the export process. Support customer orders and perform in-house administrative functions related to export order processing, order fulfillment, invoicing, and logistics. Works closely with Corporate Logistics to maximize Certificate of Origin utilization for Central and South America imports as well as topics related to compliance, HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) and ECCN's (Export Control Classification Numbers). Responds to incoming customer telephone, TCS 365 and email inquiries about exports. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated ability to meet objectives that support division sales and service goals while maintaining exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A desire and skills to work towards optimizing processes utilizing Six Sigma methodology. Job Functions / Responsibilities Manages the export processes, including management of freight forwarders in support of dealer shipments. Actively support Customer Service Representatives and dealers in the resolution of customer complaints or problems with exporting andfreight forwarding processes related to dealer orders. Lead the prioritization, development, and implementation of an export system to manage PACCAR Parts exports from the United States and Panama. Work with dealers on import issues and help to resolve import paperwork. Responds to all PPD, Supplier & Dealer questions regarding exporting. Ensures the correct utilization of HTS's and ECCN's. Monitors the certificate of origin utilization for Central and South America imports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. 5+ years of relevant work experience required. Knowledge and understanding of export compliance laws and regulations required. Experience working with International Freight Forwarders required. Supervisory experience and ability to manage multiple and diverse areas within customer service and exportation desired. Strong PC skills including Word & Excel required. Access skill desired. Fluency in Spanish, required. IMDG certified desired. Licensed Customs Broker desired. Six Sigma certified desired. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $136,290 annually.
