Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.
  • Coordinating work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
  • Developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
  • Overseeing the evaluation of efforts needed to obtain CMMC certification.
  • Partnering with project teams to drive alignment of the project strategies with global applications to enable and create standardization for the SAP transformation project.
  • Participating in project readiness initiatives such as data analysis and cleansing and supporting work instruction updates for functional teams.
  • Facilitating the activities for power users such as test case reviews and training development.
  • Arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports to ensure business power users and subject matter experts, responsible for executing specific global apps related activities, deliver on time.
  • Communicating and documenting timelines, progress, and deliverables for various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 4+ years of related experience in project management.
  • Previous experience with the implementation of Government compliance initiatives (CMMC, FedRamp, NIST, etc.).
  • Understanding of Government cloud platforms (Azure GCC, AWS GovCloud, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Government Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) designation and identification.
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS and other Government contracting concepts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse set of business teams, including shared services such as IT.
