Description HR Regulatory Analyst Compliance/Auditing Remote- Most states eligible The Compliance/Auditing Analyst provides compliance and audit support for the Absence & Disability Management team, with a focus on leave of absence and disability including research and compliance content development. The role monitors, tracks, analyzes and summarizes proposed and existing federal, state and municipal employee leave rules and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, paid family medical leave and paid sick leave requirements. The Analysts develops, reviews and provides ongoing consultative support to operations and technical resources for leave policy implementation and production application which includes policy development and review/editing of existing policies to ensure organizational compliance. Diploma or GED 3 years of more experience in a Human Resources or Leave/Disability role in the carrier or self-administered employer program environment, legal, or audit experience supporting leave/disability case management or other regulatory compliance auditing. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Pre-Legal studies or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of more experience in a Human Resources or Leave/Disability role in the carrier or self-administered employer program environment. 2 years or more experience with program or claims audit experience is a plus, but not required. 2 years of Compliance, Claims or other Regulatory Auditing experience Salary Range by location: NorCal (Napa, Sonoma) Min: $43.39, Max: $68.68 Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt) Alaska (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez) Min: $38.67, Max: $61.22 WA Puget Sound Oregon (Portland) Alaska (Anchorage) Min: $37.10, Max: $58.73 Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside) Min: $34.58, Max: $54.75 Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $33.01, Max: $52.26 Montana Min: $29.87, Max: $47.28 Texas Min: $28.30, Max: $44.79 Why Join Providence?
