Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in an assisted living facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of resident care, including assisted living services.

• Maintain medical supplies inventory.

• Implement health orientation and training programs for staff and residents.

• Evaluate resident care needs and update medical charts and care plans.

• Monitor and maintain records of immunizations for associates and residents.

• Manage medication administration and maintain records.

• Supervise and evaluate personal care associates.

• Ensure regulatory training requirements are met for associates.

• Maintain professional accountability for nursing practice.

• Observe residents' health status and address concerns within scope of practice.

• Review and implement incident reports to minimize risk of further occurrences.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license o r Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) with an unencumbered license to practice nursing within the state of application.

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification

• Experience in assisted living or similar healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage medical supplies and medication administration.

• Knowledge of regulatory training requirements.

• Compassionate and professional attitude towards residents and staff.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and abide by HIPAA laws.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with elderly residents and staff.

Work Environment

• This is an onsite role, the shift is an 8 hour day shift

• Must be willing and able to work required and scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, overtime and holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00
