How you will make an impact

Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

General familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Well-founded grasp of Ordering Office Supplies
Experience with Facilities Coordinator
Solid understanding of customer service
Proven knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment
Administrative Office experience preferred
Schedule Meetings experience
Strong familiarity with Answering Multi-Line Phone System
