Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring a BCA Fabrication Program Integration Manager to support the team in Renton, Washington .

This candidate will manage employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Ensures work statement compliance.

Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years’ experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues in an operations environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 1+years of experience with project management and ability to self-manage projects

  • 1+ years of experience with analytical and problem solving skills

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
