Description THE ROLE We're seeking a Director of TA Program Management that will oversee the Program Management arm of the Talent Acquisition Team. Overseeing employee referrals, relocation, campus recruiting, recruiting events (100-180 events per year) and voice of the customer programs. Key skills needed: Experience with CRM (Avature experience preferred.) Vendor management Experience with an RPO Experience working with large, matrixed organization. Strong people leader Member of the TA leadership team Provides strategic leadership and consultation to senior leaders on strategic initiatives related events, programs and recruitment strategies that enable pipeline development, talent attraction and sourcing across a wide variety of platforms. Provides leadership and mentorship to the caregivers on the team with a consultive approach to ensure continued growth among the team as well the ability to excel in their respective roles. Serves as a member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team that drive candidate experience and process improvement for the stakeholders. This leader oversees and manages the teams that develop and deploy Employee Referral Programs, Direct Hire partnerships, Relocation, Campus Recruiting, Voice of the Customer survey partnerships, sourcing functions and events such as onsite job fairs, virtual events as well as oversees the CRM process in partnership with Recruitment Marketing strategies are effective and ROI is reported and effective. Programs provides strategic consultation to TA, HR and business leadership enabling effective enterprise hiring processes, programs, and a stellar candidate & caregiver experience. This role partners with cross functional leaders to design, implement and manage cohesive, integrated hiring solutions and programs that support the TA service delivery and hiring teams, enabling the TA function to achieve critical business outcomes. They are responsible for overseeing the designing and delivering project management infrastructure to support strategic initiatives and programs within TA. This position applies business strategy, consultation, project management methodology and leadership skills to the team to deliver critical initiatives on-time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This is a primarily virtual/remote role, with limited travel to team meetings and stakeholder engagements. Strong preference to have the leader physically located near a Providence facility in Washington, California, Oregon, Texas or Alaska. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide leadership to evaluate, implement, and transform Talent Acquisition strategic programs, ensuring continuous improvement and an environment of creativity and problem solving. Strong Business acumen to understand broad business needs, proactively plan and implement programs/services to meet changing business needs as understood through multiple key stakeholder touchpoints Service excellence expectations to institute high reliability that aligns with fiscal accountability and adaptability of a nimble, fast-changing organization Provides leadership and effective partnerships across HR, the business and other centers of excellence (COEs) to anticipate needs and advance the level of services and recommendations aligned to market and industry trends and best practices related to programs designed to enhance caregiver experiences, candidate experiences and stakeholder experiences. Assess and manage TA program vendors including contract agreements, quarterly and/or annual reviews, and requests for proposals (RFPs), establishing clear KPIs and performance measures.
