Providence Director Content Strategy DIG in Renton, Washington

Description

This content strategy leader is accountable for developing and implementing an effective content vision for Providence.org and other consumer facing Providence web properties. This individual will devise a scalable, robust, multi-media content strategy that achieves the key business goals of our websites- chief among them, persuading consumers to become patients. The right candidate will have proven expertise in deploying generative AI technologies to streamline content creation processes, elevate our team's capabilities, and ensure our brand voice and messaging are consistently delivered across all platforms

Responsibilities include: Define the content roadmap to align work efforts with market opportunity and business objectives. Engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand needs, share strategy, gather feedback and insights, and ensure operational efficiency. Measure and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives in driving consumer behavior and achieving business goals. Establish processes and vendor relationships that will ensure consistent adherence to best practices across all web properties. Foster a team culture of high performers that prioritize exceptional user experience, data based decision making, and rapid experimentation and iteration.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Journalism, PR, Literature/English or Communications. Or equivalent educ/experience

  • 10 or more years Managing and leading consumer content strategy and development.

  • 5 years Reporting and presenting to executive leadership and critical business stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years Analytical and problem-solving experience including experience collecting data points across disparate projects.

  • 5 years Experience in healthcare.
