Requisition Summary The Dealer Experience Specialist's primary function is to provide a high level of support to our network of Kenworth and Peterbilt Dealers by trouble-shooting any order issues and supporting a variety of inquiries received via web and phone. These requests are related to order placement, order modification, expediting, shipping, availability and pricing. Job Functions / Responsibilities Advise Dealers concerning order status and changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs, and pricing policies. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $55,400.00 - $83,100.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
