PACCAR Inc. Customer Experience Process Analyst in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary The Customer Experience Process Analyst is a change agent for process and quality improvement. In this position, you will work directly with our network of Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers, the sales teams, our supply base and internal customer experience departments to drive performance for key Customer Experience teams. Job Functions / Responsibilities Learn and perform all tasks and functions within the assigned customer experience area; Apply continuous improvement tools to optimize process capability and eliminate defects and waste. Provide analysis and feedback to senior leadership on project activities, improvements, and savings. Lead Kaizen Events, help Customer Experience teams, suppliers, dealers, and customers improve metrics and performance. Help develop and lead cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvement plans. Identify process improvement opportunities and quantify results and trends. Work with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvement plans. Special projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Two or more years of experience in a fast-paced, Customer Service environment Proven usage of Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables) and Snowflake; basic Tableau experience is preferred Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proven team leadership skills High energy level, goal oriented self-starter with willingness to learn new ideas. Desire to drive change and improve processes and standards. Ability to work closely with others in a team environment Relationship building and de-escalation skills Ability to think outside of the box and make decisions in ambiguous situation Highly attentive to details Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment is preferred. Hands on ability and Data Analysis skills a plus. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $75,100 - $103,730 annually.
