Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in supply chain services and systems in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to Texas ._ REH's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise._ Providence is calling a Contract Sourcing Manager who will: Be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and administering multiple contracts pertaining to the various key suppliers Working with contracts through all phases until completion (pre-proposal through closeout) with a variety of suppliers Perform risk assessments of proposal/contract terms and conditions Be responsible to formulate and execute strategies to minimize potential risks and maximize value and expenditure to the business Primary Responsibilities Include: Directing timely and comprehensive administration of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Contracting Sourcing supplies and services agreements (Dependant upon job listing for area of responsibility) Developing and maintaining information management and reporting systems which support vendor value management programs Foster effective utilization of operating and capital funds Provide financial analysis of purchasing and contracting activities Perform all duties in a manner that promotes Providence mission, values, and philosophy Serve as a role model for the values and mission of the organization Providence welcomes 100% remote work for applicants who reside in the following states: Alaska Washington Oregon Montana California Texas Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and relevant experience 3+ years of experience in contract management, purchasing, supply management or a blend of healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities Preferred qualifications for this position include: 1+ years of experience in one of the following specialty areas: Implantable Devices: Managing device implants IT Sourcing: Preference will be given to applications with IT, Healthcare or Project Management experience Capital: Managing Capital Contracts Salary Range by Location: AK: Anchorage: Min: $41.71, Max: $66.03 AK: Kodiak, Seward, Valdez: Min: $43.48, Max: $68.83 California: Humboldt: Min: $43.48, Max: $68.83 California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $48.78, Max: $77.22 California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $43.48, Max: $68.83 California: Bakersfield: Min: $41.71, Max: $66.03 Montana: Except Great Falls: Min: $33.58, Max: $53.16 Montana: Great Falls: Min: $31.82, Max: $50.36 Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $38.89, Max: $61.56 Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $41.71, Max: $66.03 Texas: Min: $31.82, Max: $50.36 Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $43.48, Max: $68.83 Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $41.71, Max: $66.03 Washington: Tukwila: Min: $43.48, Max: $68.83 Washington: Eastern: $37.12,
