As a CCS Frontline Intern, you will experience the day-to-day of a successful CCS Frontline team. Location Plano, Texas | Tempe, Arizona | Lakewood, Colorado | Lubbock, Texas | Renton, Washington Travel 0-5% Responsibilities Assist CCS staff with analyzing, documenting and closing support tickets. Run reports from Dynamics CRM support portal to review requests and route them. Use Service Desk support portal to create requests for resource changes for Virtual Machines.
