The PACCAR Parts IT business technology analyst team is looking for talented, ambitious, self-directed business analysts to lead our projects from conception to launch. As a member of the PACCAR Parts IT team, your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with developers to manage and execute projects. Job Functions / Responsibilities Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments. Lead projects of moderate to high complexity with teams of 10 or more participants, budgets in the $1M range, and project durations of 7,500 hours or more. Drive and deliver project results, and challenge the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Develop project plans and initiation charters. Build and execute project plans, ensuring conformance to established PACCAR standards and procedures. Clearly document and communicate the business and system requirements for the development teams. Risk analysis and mitigation. Communicate project status and issues to senior management and project sponsors. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Work with the quality assurance and development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly. Acquire and coordinate resources and services from both external vendors and internal teams. Conduct project management improvement activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, with Information Technology or applicable discipline preferred. 4-6 Years of experience of relevant experience required. 2+ Years of demonstrated skills in managing complex projects requiring either package or custom solutions. 2+ of experience with Agile methodologies, like SCRUM. Effective consensus building skills. Strong teambuilding skills. Strong application of process improvement methodologies. Effective presentation skills suitable for senior management. Self-motivated and able to work effectively with little to no supervision. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
