Providence St. Joseph Health Business Informatics Analyst in Renton, Washington

Description * This position is remote but will require occasional travel. Ideal candidates will sit in the states of WA, OR, CA, or MT * The Business Informatics Analyst (BIA) serves as a professional role model in promoting the understanding, integration, and application of information services in a healthcare setting. The BIA acts as a liaison between revenue cycle and information services, supporting all care givers throughout the revenue cycle in the implementation, learning, use, adoption, and optimization of revenue cycle and/or managed care technology projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent education/experience. Epic Readiness certification or proficiency in one or more of the primary applications Analyst is supporting within 90 days of hire. Credentialed Trainer or Facilitator in one of the primary applications the Analyst is supporting, or equivalent for up to 2 years experience for this position at the hiring manager's discretion within 1 year of hire 3 years In a position that has the same or similar primary duties working with a revenue cycle or managed care information system within a healthcare setting. 2 years Working in an Epic environment. Preferred Requirements: Ability to travel 30% of the year for operations lasting 1 to 2 weeks on average Experience with Epic HB (Hospital Billing) Payment Posting and Insurance or Self-Pay Followup Previous experience in workflow support, go-live and / or Epic Training preferred Salary Range by Location: NorCal (Napa, Sonoma) Min: $40.89 , Max: $64.72 So Cal, NorCal (Humboldt) WA (Puget Sound) Min: $36.44 , Max: $57.69 Oregon (Portland) Min: $34.96, Max: $55.34 Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside) Min: $32.59 , Max: $51.59 Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla) Min: $31.11 , Max: $49.25 Montana Min: $51.97 , Max: $83.65 Why Join Providence?
