Robert Half Accounts Receivable Clerk in Renton, Washington

Description

Robert Half has partnered with a leading manufacturing firm that is currently seeking a Contract AR Clerk proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) in Renton, WA location. The selected candidate will be instrumental in the management and collection of the company's accounts receivable including invoice processing, record keeping, and ensuring timely receipt of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and issue them to customers based on services rendered or goods sold.

  • Follow up on, collect, and allocate all customer payments received.

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer disputes.

  • Maintain detailed aging reports and inform the management of any delinquent accounts.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to verify transactions and resolve account discrepancies.

  • Review AR Aging for delinquencies, cash applications, and account reconciliation.

  • Execute additional tasks related to Accounts Receivable when required.

    Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, but an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a must.

  • Strong computer, mathematical, and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to details.

  • Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and management.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
