PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $30.19-$36.78 hourly. The full Pay Range is $23.42-$43.56 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As a Workforce Analyst - BU, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Contact Center and Retail teams are always ready to deliver exceptional service. Your expertise in managing workforce systems and optimizing schedules will be crucial in maintaining seamless operations. By effectively coordinating schedules, managing real-time staffing needs, and supporting the workforce management systems, you will directly impact our ability to meet member demands efficiently and provide an outstanding member experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Optimize Workforce Efficiency: Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage, allowing us to meet member demands effectively.

  • Coordinate Cross-Departmental Efforts: Work closely with various departments to schedule training, system setups, and events, ensuring seamless integration into our workforce management software.

  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with Contact Center and Retail Management Teams to optimize staff utilization and ensure smooth operations.

  • Support Data-Driven Decisions: Assist management by collecting and preparing data for monthly reports, enabling informed decision-making.

  • Adapt to Real-Time Needs: Monitor member arrival data and adjust staffing and call handling preferences in real-time to meet demand.

  • Manage Time Away Requests: Review and respond to time away requests, ensuring coverage and maintaining staff satisfaction.

  • Ensure Compliance: Work with Human Resources to ensure schedules adhere to regulations, including FLSA (Fair Labor Standard Act) requirements.

  • Support Organizational Goals: Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work or educational experience required.

  • Two years of experience within BECU, another financial institution, or comparable work or educational experience required.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects in a timely manner.

  • Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of forecasting programs (Workforce Management System) preferred.

  • Scheduling and forecasting experience in a Contact Center or retail environment preferred.
