Coding Dojo Technology Sales Instructor in Remote, Washington

Technology Sales Instructor - This position is full-time and remote working overnight hours in the US with students in the Saudi Arabia time zone. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise and be a current practitioner in relevant disciplines.

  • Create the content/curriculum of the Technology Sales program.

  • Deliver instruction on Technology Sales and related topics.

  • Facilitate group discussions, demos, and in-class remote activities.

  • Follow industry trends for Technology Sales.

  • Play a hands-on role in curriculum development, use what you learn from working with students to make the curriculum world-class.

  • Gather and report on student metrics.

  • Work alongside with Online Instruction team to deliver remote training.

  • Participate in professional training, so you stay fresh.

  • Responsible for potential deployment with any/multiple clients with the ability to flex work and tasks based on client needs and requests.

Required Education, Experience, Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Software Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 2+ years working experience as a Business Development Manager or Head of Sales in a mid-scale or large technology company.

  • Must have experience in handling a team of a minimum of 25 employees.

  • Experience as an instructor/trainer including planning, scheduling, and delivering sales instructor and related training programs and materials.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.

  • Hands-on experience with popular sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Atlassian, etc.

  • Must have good experience of creating a sales process for a new technology product.
