Microsoft Certified Trainer & Program Manager

Are you passionate about technology and education? Coding Dojo, a leading education technology company, is seeking a talented education professional to lead our Microsoft Learning Partner program.

The Partner Training and Program Manager will play a crucial role in building our certificate programs for both alumni and the general public.

The primary focus of this position is building and scaling Coding Dojo's operations for the Microsoft Learning Partner program. This includes leading each certification workshop, building new curricula, and driving the end-to-end user experience from registration to taking each certification exam.


Coding Dojo is a global education technology company that offers a three-full-stack computer programming bootcamp, as well as courses on Data Science and other emerging technologies.   • Set the quarterly workshop calendar to deliver at minimum one of each workshop each month

  • Lead each certification workshop, as well as design content/curricula to support new or additional workshops

  • Delivery of reporting metrics to internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Drive workshop registrations for each scheduled workshop

  • Manage all communications to ensure participants complete their certification exam


  • You must be a Microsoft Certified Trainer in a minimum of one of: AZ-900, DP-900, AI-900, or DA-100 and be available to become a certified trainer in any missing programs

  • Stay up-to-date on all current and future Microsoft certifications

  • Have familiarity with Microsoft Learning Partner program, as well as the end-to-end process of driving registrations for certification workshops, leading the given workshops, and following up to drive certification exam sign ups
