Coding Dojo Digital Product Management Instructor in Remote, Washington

Digital Product Management Instructor - This position is full-time and remote working overnight hours in the US with students in the Saudi Arabia time zone. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise and be a current practitioner in relevant disciplines.

  • Create the content/curriculum of the Digital Product Management program.

  • Deliver instruction on Digital Product Management and related topics.

  • Facilitate group discussions, demos, and in-class remote activities.

  • Follow industry trends for Digital Product Management.

  • Play a hands-on role in curriculum development, use what you learn from working with students to make the curriculum world-class.

  • Gather and report on student metrics.

  • Work alongside Coding Dojo's Online Instruction team to deliver remote training.

  • Participate in professional training, so you stay fresh.

  • Responsible for potential deployment with any/multiple Coding Dojo clients with the ability to flex work and tasks based on client needs and requests.

Required Education, Experience, Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA from an accredited college or university in Business Development, Product Development, Risk Management, Product Management, Marketing & Sales or have equivalent experience.

  • Experience as an instructor/trainer including planning, scheduling, and delivering digital product management-related training programs and materials.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and oral.

  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience in Digital Product Manager or equivalent role.

  • Have good hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, UI/UX development.

  • Have hands-on experience with Mobile and Web Development, or WordPress, Drupal, or other CMS.

  • Must know how to use Agile product management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.

  • Must have good experience with agile methodology in product management.

  • Must have good experience of creating a digital product from scratch and launching it to the market(having startup experience is a plus)
