About the role:
Snap! Mobile is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Manager to join our remote Revenue Operations team. This is a critical role at Snap! as it embodies the level of success our customers have when using our SaaS platform. This person provides onboarding through live and recorded webinars to our Enterprise customers to ensure quality and efficiency when signing up and implementing our platform. They will then ensure success using Snap! OS, forming relationships with administrators and brainstorming ways to improve adoption. This position will own the Snap! Spend customer onboarding process, assist the Sales Operations Program Manager and Sr. Manager, Customer Experience with customer ticket or call outreach, drive engagement and usage, and collaborate on additional projects as needed to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

The Customer Success Onboarding Manager presents themselves in a professional yet welcoming and informal manner. This is a salaried, remote position. We’re open to location as the candidate is within the continental United States and is willing to work in the prime CST time-zone hours. There are growth opportunities within our company, and this role will significantly impact our organization!
Responsibilities:
Deliver a seamless experience throughout the customers’ onboarding journey through live trainings, phone, and email to ensure customer success
Be able to handle first-level questions with top-notch customer service and identify when to escalate issues as needed to management for resolution
Build strong relationships with club, school, and district administrators
Collaborate with administrators on best practices and ways to increase adoption and usage
Create content to share with all Snap! Spend users
Act as the team’s subject matter expert on Snap! Spend, Know-Your-Customer, and HubSpot processes
Work directly with the Sales and Revenue Operations Program Manager to streamline workflows, improve key processes and product adoption
Partner with Sales Operations Program Manager on daily reporting and project needs
Act as liaison between customers and support team to gather feedback and surface to Sales Operations Program Manager as needed
Assist in customer support queues as needed
Responsible for upholding the Snap! Raise Core Values and be a valuable member of the Revenue Operations Team
What we are looking for in you:
3+ years of customer support experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Background in banking or finance highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom
Experience in a live webinar environment
CRM experience is preferred, specifically in HubSpot
Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Exhibits a team-player mentality displaying a friendly and helpful manner when working with others
Ability to make decisions and work independently
Active and engaged listener with the ability to communicate with various audiences clearly and concisely
