PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $83,300.00-$101,700.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $64,600.00 - $120,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. BECU is hiring an Associate Environmental Branding Manager to lead exciting projects that enhance our retail branches and support our marketing strategies. In this dynamic role, you'll manage retail and campus branding projects, oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure our Environmental Branding initiatives stand out. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with talented Marketing teams and external partners while managing impactful projects.

As an Associate Environmental Branding Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the environmental branding programming for our retail branches and branding initiatives, as well as supporting our Credit Union projects. Our Associate Manager will be responsible for projects that include, but are not limited to lifecycle updates, wayfinding signage, window graphics, and branded elements within our retail branches.

This role can be done remotely from Washington state only. You must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our Tukwila Headquarters or Spokane office with the ability to travel between various BECU locations in the Greater Puget Sound region for occasional business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support Projects : Complete projects in line with the Credit Union’s Environmental Branding Annual Plan.

  • Project Liaison : Serve as the primary contact for project planning and communications, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

  • Manage Project Plans : Clearly communicate project plans, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables, to keep projects on schedule.

  • Feedback Analysis : Review member feedback to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing brand relevance and impact.

  • Stay Informed : Keep up with the latest marketing and Environmental Branding design trends to suggest process improvements.

  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to advertising regulations at both national and state levels.

  • Schedule Adherence: Full time hours required, with additional hours as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or project management.

  • Experience with Environmental Branding, including graphic design, signage fabrication, and space planning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Design experience in retail, campus, or environmental branding.

  • Previous experience collaborating with vendors in graphic design and production

  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to research and compile information to uphold brand standards.
