About the Role:
As a CBRE Warehouse Technician, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks.
This position is part of the team responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
May provide support for other satellite locations nearby.
Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors.
Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
Apply established procedures to address simple problems with minimal discretion.
Clearly outline duties, methods, and tasks to ensure impactful results.
Produce work by adhering to established procedures and processes with close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Valid driver's license required.
May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50-75 lbs.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Ability to communicate clearly and share basic information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups

Washington Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Warehouse Technician position is $24.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Technician position is $26.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
