About the Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Manager, you will assist in real estate transaction activities for a large portfolio of properties on behalf of our corporate client. The ideal candidate will have their Real Estate License, have a deep understanding of financial analytics, and enjoy preparing feasibility studies for our client to ensure they are making the best decision.

This job is part of the planning job function. They are responsible for the master planning, real estate strategy, buying/selling/leasing on behalf of our client.

What You’ll Do:

Implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client driven priorities, commitments, and achievements.

Act as a buyer or seller agent to optimally negotiate the business terms and conditions.

Coordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker. This includes negotiating leases and lease amendments, supervising lease expirations, and negotiating lease renewals in time

Understand how to review, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates.

Closely supervise transaction and project activity. Record all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.

Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.

Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion

Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job subject area.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of significant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate license required.

  • Ability to guide the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, and present to collaborators and clients.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations

EQUAL PAY DISCLAIMER

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
