Insight Global Training Manager I in Redmond, Washington

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Training Manager in the Redmond, WA area. The Training Manager will design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for a geographically diverse, globally dispersed team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating training in various learning environments and adapting instructional styles to meet diverse learner needs. Additionally, the Training Manager will provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for both new hires and ongoing team development. A key aspect of this role will involve regularly reviewing and updating training materials to ensure they remain effective and relevant through the utilization of surveys, supporting ongoing improvements and adjustments. This position will also require travel to both domestic and international locations to ensure consistency and quality of trainings across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Training Manager

  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills

  • Track record in designing and updating training procedures

  • Experience successfully implementing training in various environments, remote and in-person

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Ability to adjust training experience to meet specific learning needs null
