Job Description: The Role: The Kuiper Propulsion team is looking for a Technical Program Manager as we scale to provide maneuvering capabilities for thousands of satellites. This position will work with Propulsion team leaders and stakeholders to facilitate system development, testing, deliveries, manufacturing, and flight operations. Key job responsibilities In this role you will: * Coordinate with Propulsion stakeholders (Propulsion-Production, Electrical engineering, reliability and others) to establish HW demands. Working with the Supply Chain organization to ensure those demands are met. * Assist the lead propulsion TPM with management of the propulsion systems electrical control sub-system. * Coordinate closely with Propulsion Team leadership to ensure that all deliverables meet program-level schedule and quality requirements. * Exhibit proficiency managing priorities, scope, schedule, resources, quality and risk - as well as developing, tracking, and reporting metrics to the Propulsion Team and Project Kuiper Leadership. * Manage technical and programmatic efforts contracted with third party vendors providing critical hardware and analyses necessary to build, test, and fly the Kuiper Propulsion System.
