Technical Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager for Hybrid Work Only opportunity in Redmond, WA Position Title: Technical Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid. 3 days in the office, 2 days home.) Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Expected Duration: 3+ Months Contract Job Type: Contract Pay: $75.00 -$80.00 on w2 only Summary * I'm looking for a program manager to drive rhythm of business activities, communications within the team and externally, contribute to project design and scheduling, and speak to existing projects at a technical detail level and executive level. * Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. 7 - 10 years' experience. Project management - Program Manager will be responsible for driving the rhythm of business activities, coordinating communications within the team and externally, and managing project scheduling. Strong project management skills are a must. 2. 7 - 10 years' experience. High level Communication. - Emphasis on communication skills, both verbal and written. This skill is essential for collaborating with team members, conveying technical information clearly, and potentially presenting findings to stakeholders. Strong communication skills ensure efficient coordination and understanding within the team. 3. 5+ years' experience. Coding - coding experience would be beneficial for the role, indicating a need for proficiency in a programming language. This skill would likely be crucial for tasks related to data analysis and manipulation. Job Responsibilities: * All of the groups above are leveraging data that this team the contractor will be working with helps curate and bring together. This team pulls all data into one place. * They "Create different curated views to make it really simple like building a flat table so that people can just come to us."
