Job Description: Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Produce business intelligence (BI) by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Deliver data-driven insights and measure future outcomes against business strategy, requirements, and deliverables. Create high quality business requirement documents and partner with cross functional teams regarding BI solutions. Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery and integration of BI data, which is necessary for reporting capabilities consistent with project roadmap or strategic business plans as well as resolution of issues that may impact productivity, budget, economic, and market position. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S. Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field.
  • Experience: Four years of data-driven customer development, technical customer engagement, and account management experience generating product sales and negotiations.
  • *Specific Skill Requirements: *This position requires at least 48 months of experience in: Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management; Managing stakeholder relationships; and Engagement management; at least 36 months of experience in: Azure DevOps practices, including Agile planning; and at least 24 months of experience in: Software design, development, and deployment for Cloud applications and Windows; Cloud development platforms; and Scalable architectures, including container orchestration Kubernetes and Microservice framework.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSSKS17060A), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $219,657 to $249,657.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
