*Job Description: *Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project implementation, which may include resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training of technical development and product planning teams. Telecommute work permitted up to 100% from any location in U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Hardware Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate software-related, centralized & coordinated program, product, or project management experience and/or experience in designing, developing & releasing software products or services.
- Specific Skills: This position also requires at least 3 years of experience in: Azure. Also requires at least 1 year of experience in: Azure Services; Scripting; DNS Services; and Migration Lead; and at least some experience in: Epic on Azure.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code: TSKBB18400), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $191,840 to $221,840.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
