About the role – Director HR Case Management, HR Solutions

You will be part of the Cross Industry Solutions and Employee Experience Solutions practice. In this role, you will leverage your HR technology solution experience to engage with our top customers and accelerate their digital transformation.

  • You will lead the team which will create and deploy our “Ask HR” Case Management solution with our top global customers.

  • You will create and maintain the engagement process, delivery methods, statements of work, and determine metrics to manage the overall engagements.

  • You will engage from pre-sales through solution delivery and own the product engineering relationships across Business Applications and Azure to align customer success for scenarios created in HR service lines

  • Work in challenging situations while exhibiting flexibility and the ability to tolerate and manage through ambiguity and uncertainty.

  • Identify emerging trends or re-occurring escalation scenarios and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate and/or eliminate them.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 10+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical program or product management.

  • 6+ years team leadership or people management experience.


  • Strong presence, collaboration, and communication skills to connect and align with leaders and practitioners at many levels (leadership to IC engineer) across many disciplines (business to technical)

  • Understanding and demonstrated delivery experience with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, SharePoint and Azure Services.

  • Demonstrated experience with HR case management solution design, implementation and operations.

  • Proven expertise in managing, developing, configuring and deploying large Case Management and CRM Customer Service solutions.

  • Insights into omnichannel interaction capabilities to optimize Employee and HR productivity that enhance interaction experiences with ‘in-the-moment’ access to information and enrich their overall experiences.

  • Experience in implementing AI / ML and Chat Bot capabilities that significantly reduces burden on HR to answer every employee inquiry while delivering the right solution to employee questions where applicable.

  • Big 4 consulting experience delivering large case management solutions for enterprise customers.

  • Data insights and analytics capabilities with building and managing KPI and OKR for a global program

  • Broad understanding of technology, including current and emerging digital solutions across applications & analytics

  • Understanding of agile program management methods

  • Ability to collaborate and develop relationships across teams, with peers, delivery partners, and stakeholders to facilitate a One Microsoft culture for shared business outcomes.

  • Proven results in a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment; and who loves the creativity, energy, and enthusiasm of a fast, collaborative, innovative team.

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $136,600 and $205,000.

At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
