Job Description

The main function of a Technical Writer is to write technical materials, such as equipment materials, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions. A typical technical writer is responsible for organizing, editing and maintaining technical records and files.

Key projects:

• Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology

• Maintain records and files of work and revisions

• Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

  Bachelors degree in technical fields such as Computer science or English, journalism, communication is preferred

  5+ years experience with Technical Proficiency & Understanding

   Familiarity with developer tools, SDKs, and cloud platforms //Knowledge of technical concepts like security, networking, or DevOps " depending on the domain"

  5+ years experience with Strong Writing & Communication Skills

   Ability to write clear, concise, and structured documentation// Tailoring content for different audiences "developers, end users, executives" // Excellent grammar, tone, and readability

  5+ years experience with information Design & Documentation Tools

   Markdown, DITA, Confluence, or Wiki platforms // Proficiency in Git, API documentation tools "Swagger, Postman", and CMS // Strong skills in structuring content for usability and discoverability Previous experience working for META, GOOGLE, APPLE null
