Maintain an existing portfolio of scalable Human Resources solutions. Evaluate business needs and competitive landscape to develop, support, or execute hiring plans. Screen, recruit, interview, or recommend the placement of workers. Develop, implement, or execute various talent programs to recruit and retain talent. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify talent needs and integrate talent solutions into other processes and HR plans. May develop processes to assess talent and forecast needs as well as manage candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. Implement best practices and leverage data-driven recommendations regarding skills, opportunities, and solutions. Telecommuting permitted more than 50% but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

-Experience: 5 years progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in technical talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or HR experience.

-Specific Skills: Must have 60 months of experience in each of the following: Resourcing & Talent Planning; Recruiting Strategy and Delivery Design; Consulting and Client Management; Business Issues & Context of HRM; Recruiting Budget Management; Management of finance and partner to support large scale headcount investment and delivery; and Organization Design and Talent Attraction Strategy Design.

-Telecommuting permitted more than 50% but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG2502352c), in Redmond, WA, is $183,298 to $213,298 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.? 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
