BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Support Analyst opportunity in Redmond, WA. Position Title: Support Analyst Location: Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 18 Months Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $22 to $24 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Support Analyst Location: Redmond, WA Duration: 18 months Requirements: • Support Desktop Hardware/Software troubleshooting • General Break Fix support • Hardware refreshes • Work with IRT team on ticket triaging • Support OPs with tier1 tickets • Strong Customer Support Skills • Handle user hardware onboarding / offboarding • Support Turn 10's Devkit Infrastructure Candidate Requirements • Years of Experience Required: 1-3 overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required: N/A • Disqualifiers: Candidates with job hopping will not be eligible for the role. • Best vs. Average: - Been in a DTS role a year or 2, Excellent customer service experience , Hardware software troubleshooting • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work.
