BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Planner 3 Professional Job for an opportunity at Redmond, WA 5 days/week onsite! Position Title: Supply Chain Planner 3 Location: Redmond, WA 5 days/week onsite Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: Contract of 05 Months and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Onsite Pay Range: $38 - $41/hr. on w2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: NO degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Experience in supply chain planning or transaction management, preferably with cloud infrastructure or computer hardware. * Minimum 5 years' experience with Power BI, SQL. * Minimum 5 years' experience with Exceptional Excel skills managing large amounts of data/ building pivot tables. * Minimum 5 years' experience with Understanding and application of key inventory management concepts (Supply Commit, Clear to Build, Open to Buy, WOS, turns). Job Description: Summary: Looking for individuals with supply chain expertise to join its dynamic infrastructure cloud capacity planning team. The main function of a Supply Chain Planner is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical Supply Chain Planner is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Job Responsibilities: * Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications. * Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. * Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. * Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. * Revise production schedule, when required, due to design changes, labor or material shortages or other interruptions. * Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials. * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. * Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. * Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Education/Experience: * High school diploma or GED required. * 5-7 years related experience required.
