We're looking for an Area Lead to be an innovative problem solver for our customers and setting clear goals and expectations for their direct reports. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your sales team to enhance their sales performance and project management skills. You will oversee the financial health and cultural environment, ensuring that your zone achieves positive outcomes. This includes setting short- and long-term goals, providing guidance, and fostering a productive team culture while monitoring performance metrics and facilitating effective communication across the team. Additionally, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that support the overall objectives of the SSP and associated business units in the zone. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, clients, and internal departments. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project success and compile regular reporting for senior management. Guide and nurture a team of Account Executives and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and professional growth. Oversee budget management, ensuring financial viability, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
