Developers use our offerings to monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot, and grow their own services and apps. We are looking for a self-starting technical program manager to drive a portfolio of projects and programs in telemetry services.

Driven by its customers’ needs, Azure Edge + Platform seeks to accelerate growth for Azure, E&D, and Microsoft’s customers worldwide.
Understand critical business needs and collaborate with partner teams to capture requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams drive the execution to address the needs.
Define KPIs with stakeholders and drive your feature crews towards clear goals.
Demonstrate the value of telemetry services offerings to customers and publish best practices and guidance that helps them onboard and succeed.
Effectively managing and prioritizing multiple inputs, tasks, and stakeholders, sometimes under tight deadlines.
BS or higher in Computer Science or Engineering
3+ years of technical program or project management experience
3+ years of experience shipping cloud services or web sites
3+ year of experience in working with and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Make informed tradeoffs, and able to break down and solve complex and ambiguous problems.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Screen: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
