Microsoft’s Global Talent Acquisition Marketing team plays an influential part in supporting the ongoing transformation of Microsoft and our mission to find and compete for talent that can change the world. This Sr Program Manager role is a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans and programs that drive hiring goals. Your marketing tactics will engage active and passive job seekers, innovate ways to attract candidates using new and existing channels, evaluate new sourcing methods to increase qualified candidate applications, generate positive brand awareness, build candidate pools and pipeline future talent.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in concepting, creating, and deploying comprehensive marketing plans to support recruiting goals. Collaborate with in-house employer brand team to further mature our employment brand.

  • Identify new recruitment marketing strategies within hard-to-hire markets.

  • Stay current on emerging marketing, branding and recruitment trends, incorporating emerging best-practices to improve recruitment.

  • Craft messaging and content across our channels to support recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Promote employment opportunities, culture, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across our channels.

  • Develop unique storytelling vehicles that drive recruitment.

  • Create, execute, and manage the recruitment marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness.

  • Measure and optimize candidate engagement across campaigns and channel metrics to identify trends, form recommendations, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, or related field

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in Operations, Compliance, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing Recruitment marketing initiatives

Strong track record of working with agencies, and a diverse set of internal stakeholders across marketing and talent acquisition teams

Strong understanding of how to build scalable inclusive solutions that impact the talent acquisition funnel
