In marketing, the new Azure Customer Success team will help organizations realize business value from their Azure investments, quickly and regularly through a world-class, end-to-end customer experience.

Within this team, there is, also, the new Azure Growth Marketing team and its focus is on driving Azure services engagement, optimization and consumption through leading strategic initiatives that include personalization, documentation, excellent product experience, relationship marketing and field engagement. Taking an experiment/cohort approach, you’ll set the strategy and goals, engage with key partners, define a project plan and drive execution to deliver a positive digital experience that serves customers in all segments of the market.

Responsibilities

As a Growth Marketing Manager, we are looking for a high-energy, self-starter, driven and engaged individual. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and execute customer-centric experiments to test success hypothesis

  • Build business plans, based on successful experiments, to iterate and scale through all customers

  • Identify patterns and common behaviors among current customers, opportunities for customer experience optimization and capacity planning alignment

  • Design customer journey maps for key engagement and optimization scenarios

  • Leverage data driven business analytics to uncover new growth levers/opportunities

  • Develop strategies to build on customer centric growth opportunities at scale

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales,consulting, marketing, and/or product management experience

  • Experience in project management, leading cross-functional virtual teams, online/digital marketing preferred

  • Strategic thinker combined with strong ability to execute across the organization, build clarity when there is ambiguity and drive for results

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget

  • Strong analytical skills, able to distill key insights from incomplete data

  • Ability to tackle problems independently and with new way

  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and leverage external agencies/vendors to deliver project outputs

  • Strong, confident executive communication (written and oral)

  • Ability to influence without authority and represent the team, both internally and externally

  • (Preferred) Understanding of Azure services, sales motion, and customer use of these services

  • (Preferred) Versatile with proven ability to be adaptable in dynamic business/org situations
