The Microsoft 365 & Security Revenue Growth, Growth Planning and Business Performance role is responsible for driving the growth strategy and planning and creating and optimizing monthly executive Microsoft senior leadership team updates on business health and performance. In this role, you will develop the overall growth strategy and plans in partnership with Engineering, Marketing, and Field stakeholders, while tracking and sharing progress with Microsoft Executive leadership. You will partner with Finance and Metrics stakeholders to aggregate the business performance results, key insights, gaps, and opportunities for growth. You will help identify and disseminate critical business information across Engineering, Marketing, Field, and Microsoft Executive leadership. You will have experience in orchestrating cross-company collaboration and driving results and accountability with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will have a basic understanding of or have had exposure to the Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace space.

This is a highly visible role that will require expertise in several areas: 1) orchestrating, developing, and managing plans across large groups of executives and stakeholders; 2) collaborating and developing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the company; 3) having executive presence; 4) a deep understanding of business performance financials, metrics, and management; and 5) excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Experience and knowledge of technology or software marketing required

  • Deep understanding of core business measurements and financials, including the shift from traditional software licensing to cloud services and subscriptions

  • Successful history of developing strategy and landing and managing well-defined plans

  • Successfully collaborate with teams, contributors, and stakeholders across multiple levels

  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and reprioritize to align with business objectives

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute efficiently and effectively

  • Proven track record in project and business management

  • Bachelor’s degree required
