We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help define our growth, engagement and go-to-market strategy for our classroom and learning tools (M365, Immersive Reader, Translator, etc.) In this role, you will lead major releases for our M365 and Learning Tools portfolio, working closely across engineering, business planning, sales, marketing, and services teams. You will develop deep insights into K-12 and Higher Education M365 target customers, buying and sales cycles, channels, key competitors, and market drivers. You will develop feedback mechanisms to identify opportunities to improve how we take our M365 product to market.

Areas of responsibility include:
Lead the education go-to-market strategy for M365 and coordinate cross functionally across sales, business planning, marketing, engineering and the global PMM community.
Develop connections with our buyers and customers and deeply understand their needs and champion their voice across our products.
Develop a deep understanding of buying and sales journeys and identify key assets to support those journeys.
Craft compelling, differentiated value propositions, messaging and materials for M365 Education adapting Commercial Microsoft 365 content where it makes sense.
Develop education specific value propositions for M365 and partner with engineering teams to ensure product/market fit.
Lead cross-channel marketing support of M365 Education. Ensure all marketing channel owners have the plans and resources they need to deliver.
3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably with experience working in the Education vertical.
Demonstrated success in leading highly complex go-to-market efforts.
Excellent communication skills, high degree of accountability with willingness to take measured risks and set bold goals.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Education Technology experience is preferred.
Must live in the Redmond, WA metro area or be willing to relocate to Redmond, WA.
