This role may sit near a major airport; however, will work remotely.
As a Sr Account Manager for the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) organization, you’ll be responsible to lead legacy AGL sales.
Lead NAM Airside sales opportunities for Airports, Airlines, and the FAA
Leverage local HBS sales team as needed
Track Government funding sources
Interface with FAA Office of Airports
Attend Airport Conferences and prearrange visits with Airport executives to generate new leads and opportunities across HAB, HBT and Aero
Interface with trade organizations such as ACI-NA and AAAE, including participation in work groups and committees
Assist with introductions for HBS NAM Landside Sales efforts
Liaison with AERO on Airline and other US-based opportunities
Work with Marketing on HON Airside messaging
Work with Raghu on strategic partnerships such as Synaptic Aviation, Team Eagle, H&P
Meet with Consultants, General Contractors and Electrical Contractors regarding HON’s airside AGL and TMAN portfolios
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of sales experience
Minimum of 5 years of airport industry experience (Airport Airside and Air Traffic operations from the perspective of airports, airlines and ANSPs (e.g., the FAA or NAVCANADA)
Ability to talk to people and represent HON at the C-suite, Manager and Worker levels
Deep industry contacts with airports, airlines, FAA and trade organizations
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
An ability to influence across a broader organization
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
