Title: Software Development Engineer

Location: Redmond WA (Onsite)

Duration: 10+ months

Pay Range : $55/hr to $58/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “ Software Development Engineer “to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing security support for our cloud-based manufacturing test solution. This solution plays a critical role in ensuring the security, quality and reliability of Devices. The ideal vendor will possess deep expertise in cloud security best practices and a strong understanding of manufacturing test systems.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required:

• Minimum 0-2 year experience with finding security support

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies.

• Minimum 0-2 years of implementing security incident response plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist invulnerability assessments and penetration testing of cloud ad client infrastructure.

• Use KPIs to implement cloud security best practices for identity and access management, data encryption, and secure configuration.

• Support with monitoring and analyzing cloud security logs to identify potential threats and incidents.

• Assist with incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation under the guidance of senior analysts.

• Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects

• Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data

• Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications

• Implement system software and customize client requirements

• Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans

• Code new programs to clients specifications and create test data for testing

• Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs

• Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation

• Provide quality assurance reviews

• Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing

Skills:

• Proven experience in providing security support for cloud-based solutions.

• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including secure configuration, access management, and data encryption.

• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies.

• Experience implementing security incident response plans.

• Familiarity with manufacturing test systems and automation is a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft WIN32 APIs and interacting with device drivers.

• Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design

• Large systems software design and development experience

• Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems

• Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

• 3-6 years experience required.
