Our client, a leader in cloud-based solutions, is seeking a Software Design Engineer to join their team. As a Software Design Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting the national security team and crime and digital threat analysis center. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Software Design Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $65/hour

What's the Job?

• Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.

• Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs.

• Implement system software and customize to client requirements.

• Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans.

• Provide quality assurance reviews and perform post-implementation validation of software.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience (6 years).

• 5-7 years of experience in large systems software design and development.

• Proficiency in C#, Azure, and ReactJS.

• Experience with unit testing and troubleshooting in both new and legacy production systems.

• Ability to navigate full stack engineering concepts and communicate effectively across teams.
