Microsoft is seeking aDirectorwith a deep interest in cutting-edge technology to join our Digital Sales team as the Technology & Sales Capability Director. Our Digital Sales organization is at the forefront of digital selling leveraging modern sales technology, AI / ML models, big data and analytics to drive impactful and targeted sales coverage. Critical to the success of Digital Sales is our ability to scale leveraging cutting-edge technology and use of digital capabilities.This is a mission-critical role with substantial scope, complexity, executive visibility, has a large opportunity for impact and is central to our growth strategy.
Plan, lead and drive high impact cross org projects
Leverage technology & AI to drive productivity improvements and automation. Drive use of automation tools and technologies withinentireimplementation process.
Interact with business stakeholders - Productmarketing, businessprograms and strategy, core engineering and sales leaders to define AI enabled sales strategy,conceiveand formulate AI based strategies,define concrete features and associated requirements for engineering teams to deliverandmeasurement framework to determine if working.
Work in partnership with Data Science teams across GTM, Engineering, and others to integrate existing models into the core platform and experiences
Understand and partner with technical teams to leverage the latest technologies to impact the performance and effectiveness of ML/AI models.
Leverage data & analytics to understand financial impact & ROI of each capability.
Partnerwith local/regionalsalesleadership to understand businessprioritiesandhowdigitalcapabilities will support thepriorities.
Translating businessneeds toa capability roadmap and working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements.
Provide strategic thought leadershipfor the future needs ofdigital sales capabilities.
Partner with Microsoft Product teams tohave Digital Sales be Customer Zero for new sales solution.
Evolving and fortifying our systems and processes in an ever-growing complex environment.
Drive strong cross-team collaboration with key stakeholders within Microsoftby partnering
closely with our many stakeholder teams: Core Services Engineering, Global Demand Center, Marketing, Operations, Strategy & Program, Product Team etc.
